Our First Steps Programme is written so that those who attend, will gain valuable skills and knowledge they can apply when looking for employment.
Running the gamut of employability tools, such as CV creation, understanding barriers to employment right down to SWOT or even group dynamics, there is a depth & breadth of knowledge just waiting for you to take in.

Taking you and your existing CV, and provide you with knowledge to create a more tailored and bespoke CV, often drawing out skills you didn’t realise you had, through informal sessions and peer mentoring
